Welcome to Living Enneagram and thank you for participating in our live online programs (“Webinars”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in any Living Enneagram Zoom-based event, meeting, class, or course (collectively, “Webinars”), whether free or paid.

By registering or attending, you agree to these Terms.

1. Participation and Conduct

• Respectful Presence: Participants agree to engage in a respectful, non-disruptive manner, honoring the integrity of the group container and the confidentiality of personal sharing.

• No Recording: Participants may not record, screenshot, copy, or otherwise capture any portion of the Webinar, including audio, video, chat, or visual materials, without express written permission from Living Enneagram.

• Facilitator Rights: Living Enneagram reserves the right to mute, remove, or deny access to any participant whose behavior is inappropriate or disruptive.

2. Use of Image, Voice, and Contributions

By attending a Living Enneagram Webinar, you grant Living Enneagram the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to:

• record, capture, or otherwise use your image, likeness, voice, name, written comments, or spoken contributions made during the Webinar;

• edit, reproduce, and distribute such recordings or excerpts in connection with Living Enneagram’s educational or promotional purposes, including but not limited to online courses, websites, marketing, or archives.

You understand that these materials may appear publicly and that you will receive no financial compensation for such use.

If you prefer not to appear visually or audibly, you may choose to:

• disable your camera,

• mute your microphone, or

• refrain from speaking or appearing in breakout discussions.

Participation in the Webinar constitutes consent to these terms.

3. Ownership of Materials

All content, materials, handouts, and teachings shared during the Webinar are the property of Living Enneagram or its facilitators and are protected by copyright law.

You agree not to distribute, share, sell, reproduce, or otherwise make available any of the materials without written permission.

4. Disclaimer

• Educational Purpose Only: Living Enneagram Webinars are designed for personal and spiritual education. They are not psychotherapy, counseling, medical, or legal advice.

• Voluntary Participation: You participate voluntarily and take full responsibility for your own well-being during and after the session.

• No Guarantee: Living Enneagram makes no guarantees regarding personal outcomes, transformation, or results.

5. Privacy and Data

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (below).

We use Zoom and other third-party platforms to deliver Webinars; by participating, you agree to their privacy and service terms as well.

Living Enneagram is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party service providers.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Living Enneagram and its facilitators shall not be liable for any loss, injury, claim, or damage arising out of your participation in a Webinar, whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or unforeseeable.
